Hi, My name is Zoe Cropper and I work for the charity School Home Support. We have partnered up with Cedar Mount where I will support families who are struggling with accessing education for whatever reason. I can provide support for the whole family to help young people into school where there may be barriers preventing them from attending. I am based in the pastoral office Monday to Friday during school hours but can be flexible if needed. Please contact the school if you require
